JPMC is committed to the health and well-being of our residents, clients, vendors and employees. As the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we will continue to provide services to our clients using the utmost caution to protect both our employees and the people we interact with.
At this time, our offices are closed to the public, but our employees remain hard at work. Those who can work from home, are doing so. Our staff that remain in the office are spread out and practicing social distancing. In addition, we are implementing new platforms to interact with each other and you via video and teleconferencing.
In addition, we have implemented the following protocols within out office:
Enhanced Cleaning – Additional cleaning and sanitation protocols services have been implemented within Jenkins’ office including frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of commonly-touched surfaces. We also encourage residents to increase the frequency and thoroughness of the cleaning and disinfecting of commonly-touched surfaces in their homes to limit the possible spread of germs.
Hygiene – JPMC employees and managers have been, and will continue to be, encouraged to practice proper hygiene consistent with tips provided by the CDC. Hand sanitizers are also provided throughout our office.
Technology – JPMC has online portals that allow our residents to request and/or conduct services online. This includes the ability to make payments online and request maintenance services. If you haven’t already signed up for RentCafe or CondoCafe, we encourage you to do so. Please reach out to your account manager to send you an invitation to join now.
Resources – JPMC is ensuring that our employees remain educated about any new developments related to the coronavirus and inform residents of any viable information.
Maintenance Requests – Our property management team will be available to assist with any urgent maintenance requests, favoring life safety concerns over general maintenance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
